Fractional Sales & Equity Funding Management
Dr. Jeremy Woods is an expert in standing up sales operations and raising capital for start-up ventures. Dr. Woods has an extensive international contact network, including thousands of individuals and businesses across dozens of countries spanning every continent on the planet.
After a decade of living internationally, he is fluent in German and Portuguese, conversant in Spanish, and has basic knowledge of French and Italian.
Over the course of his private sector work, he has helped generate $20+ million in revenue for innovation initiatives and startups in North America, South America, and Europe.
As Managing Director of the California State University Bakersfield (CSUB) Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation (CEI), over the past three years Dr. Woods has also assisted nearly 50 ventures achieve $4.7m in revenues, $5.4m in equity investment, and $7m in grant funding.
Dr. Woods has recently expanded upon the work above by hiring a small team of salespeople to assist him in expanding the impact of his revenue and capital investment generation activities through his private consulting business, Ennovation Enterprises.

Compensation Structure



Our engagement structure is as follows:

Share your business plan or pitch deck with us. If after reviewing your materials we feel we can help you, we will schedule a Zoom or face-to-face meeting with you to discuss our contract structure.

Once you have signed a contract with us, we will spend one month reaching out to roughly 100 contacts, both in and outside our network, to gauge market demand for your products, services, or investment opportunity. If we don't feel we can help you further after this outreach, we will provide you with a database containing detailed notes and contact information for all of the individuals and companies we reached out to on your behalf for a one-time fee of $750.

If after our initial month of outreach we feel we can help you further, we will dedicate one of our sales staff to supporting your project in exchange for a monthly retainer of $1,500, recoupable against a sales commission of 5-20% depending on deal size. The retainer is cancellable at any time with 30 days notice, at which time we will provide you with a database containing detailed notes and contact information for all of the individuals and companies we reached out to on your behalf.

Our 2025 capacity for deal sizes ranges from $100k in revenues or capital investment at a 20% commission rate to $2m in revenues or capital investment at a 5% commission rate. Smaller or larger deals are also available on a case-by-case basis.
Pilot Clients
Coordinate Goods
Our initial pilot client was a luxury decor imports startup named Coordinate Goods. To date, we've helped them achieve approximately $10k in revenues and built for them a pipeline of 300+ customers worth $25k+ in additional pipeline revenues. This project is ongoing.
Interorbital Systems
Our latest pilot client is a rocket and satellite development company named Interorbital Systems. Beginning in late Q3 and continuing into Q4 of 2025, we will be attempting to help Interorbital raise roughly $2m worth of a target $11m in Series A funding to expand their innovative work with cube satellites and orbital entry & maneuvering engines.
